House Rules

We would greatly appreciate if you would kindly:

Be mindful and respectful of all of our neighbors by ensuring you keep your noise levels low in early morning, and after 10:00PM. All of our neighbors are Full-Time Residents.
Remove your shoes and leave at the entry.
Leave the entryway light on at nighttime, and at departure.
Try to reuse your towels as much as possible before washing.
Prior to Checking Out, please leave the bed sheets in the Washer and the towels on the bathroom floors.
If you break it, you buy it. Please let us know if you break anything so we can replace it.
If something is not functioning as it should, please do not try to fix it. Please let us know so we can have a professional come by and repair.

Things To Do

There are a ton of beach choices from the local Pompano Beach to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Below we’ll give you some information on four beaches, including our beach which is right across A1A and walkable from the property.

For the other beaches and other spots we mention, please be aware that you must pay for parking everywhere. We would suggest you download the Parking Apps (ParkMobile or PayByPhone) and pay close attention. They will ticket!
